  • Provide leadership and cohesion to all four companies in ENNVISION Group. This Group explores a new idea in Small & Medium Size Enterprise growth in Pakistan, that is, collaboration to gain scale and strength.
  • A team of young entrepreneurs invited me to lead and invest in a new concept that has evolved to be called Ennvision Group.
  • It is a unification of about four entrepreneurial companies on a collaborative platform to share PR, networking, and senior executive skills and co-location of central office to achieve scale, size, and growth in operations. Ennvision is active in automobiles and fast track construction technologies. Key companies include, Buildfast Pvt. Ltd., Windoor1 Pvt. Ltd., Bodycab Pvt. Ltd., Team-NAYYER Pvt. Ltd.
  • In fast track construction the group companies have installed over 600 small buildings in earthquake hit Kashmir region during year 2006 after the earthquake of Oct 2005.
  • In automobiles, the group companies have developed a light three-wheeler to replace smoke emitting rickshaws with the entire vehicle being dAlso in automotive sector, under BODYCAB and match TOP brands, the group companies lead light commercial vehicle bodybuilding activity, being the most visible and innovative providers of end solutions.
  • The Chairman’s key role revolves around providing cohesion and unity amongst the CEOs leading each of the companies, by balancing interests, personalities and through situational leadership.
  • Building a public profile of the Group and its representation at business forums and key events. On an operational level the responsibility includes;
  • Chairing forums to set corporate strategy, goals, and objectives for group level and company level business direction setting.
  • Reviewing of performance, goals achievement of all company on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Ensuring that businesses are conducted with due responsibility to social, environmental and regulatory frameworks
  • GOVERNMENT:

  • 2000 – 2003: Home Secretary (Govt. of Sindh), based at Karachi.
  • 2003 – 2005: Chairman Anti-Corruption Sindh (Govt. of Sindh), based at Karachi
  • Responsible for investigation, inquiry, prosecution through law of deviations and crime by public servants related to corruption, kickbacks, commissions and irregularities.
  • To investigate violations, deviations, frauds in UN and World Bank funded public projects.
  • To inquire and investigate frauds and violations in Local and City Governments.
  • Investigate Bank frauds and white-collar crimes.
  • Provincial Home Secretary of the Sindh province with a population of 35 million. As Home Secretary, I was responsible for:
  • Supervision of law enforcement after the 9/11 when the province was hit by extreme incidences of violence, terrorism, and arson.
  • Countering terrorist networks with links to Al Qaeda which were hyper-active in the province of Sindh with well established links to various militant organizations. Breaking into these networks to control and curb their activities
  • Coordinating activities of all law enforcement agencies under my direct control i.e. Police, Para-Military Forces, Special Crimes Branch, CID.
  • Coordination and integration of work of national and international intelligence agencies to continually enhance and upgrade security parameters of the province
  • Supervision and execution of provincial plans to prevent social and economic problems that cause crimes.
  • Preparations of long-term strategic plans and policies to prevent criminalization of society. Fight terror networks, organized crime and the underworld.
  • Execute policies and plans to monitor and minimize police related crimes, car lifting, human trafficking and smuggling.
  • Having the privilege to introduce measures to address cyber crimes.
  • Launched numerous initiatives for reformatory programs for jail inmates.
  • Improved internal environment of jails and making them economically productive to provide useful occupation to the prisoners.
  • Leading high profile investigation to neutralize dangerous networks and groups
  • Making Citizens & Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) more effective by engaging the citizens to help police in fighting the crime.

  • Streamlining the operations and functioning of Private Security Companies to integrate them into overall security and protection system of the province.
